Surface preparation, primer and top coat are included in all prices. We provide a free on-site quotation with no obligation.
The main factors that affect epoxy flooring cost in Jaipur are: system type (basic coating vs heavy-duty mortar), thickness (more material = higher cost), floor condition (heavily damaged floors need more surface preparation), area size (larger projects have lower per-sq-ft costs), and finish type (standard vs metallic vs 3D). We assess all these factors during the free site visit and provide an exact written quotation.
No β the site visit and written quotation are completely free with no obligation to proceed. Our team visits your location, assesses the floor condition, measures the area, discusses your requirements and provides a detailed written quotation β all at no charge.
For industrial and commercial applications, epoxy flooring is almost always more cost-effective than tiles over the long term. Tiles have grout lines that trap dirt and bacteria, can crack under heavy loads, require replacement of individual tiles and are far more expensive to install in large areas. Epoxy flooring is seamless, lasts 10-15 years with minimal maintenance, handles heavy loads without cracking and costs significantly less per square foot for large areas. For factories, warehouses and parking areas specifically, tiles are not a practical alternative to epoxy.

Installation Process
Installation time depends on the area size and system:
- Small areas (up to 500 sq ft): 1-2 days
- Medium areas (500-2,000 sq ft): 2-3 days
- Large areas (2,000-10,000 sq ft): 3-5 days
- Very large projects (10,000+ sq ft): 5-10 days
This includes surface preparation, primer and all coats. The floor is ready for light foot traffic 24 hours after the final coat and full vehicle/machinery use after 72 hours.
Yes β in most cases. We work in sections, completing one zone at a time while operations continue in other areas. For facilities that need to remain fully operational, we offer weekend and night shift installation. We plan the installation schedule around your operational requirements during the free site visit.
Surface preparation is the most critical part of any epoxy flooring installation. We use diamond grinding or shot blasting to remove all contamination, laitance (weak surface layer) and existing coatings from the concrete. This creates the correct surface profile for maximum epoxy adhesion. Cracks and damaged areas are repaired with epoxy filler. Any moisture issues are addressed with a moisture-tolerant primer. 80% of epoxy floor failures are caused by inadequate surface preparation β we never skip or rush this step.
A standard epoxy flooring system consists of 3 coats: primer coat (bonds to concrete), body coat (builds thickness and provides chemical resistance) and finish coat (provides surface hardness, gloss and abrasion resistance). Heavy-duty systems may have additional coats for extra thickness. Each coat must cure before the next is applied β this is why adequate installation time is critical for quality results.

Types of Epoxy Flooring
For factories and manufacturing plants, we recommend heavy-duty industrial epoxy (3-5mm) with chemical resistance suited to the chemicals used in your process. For pharmaceutical factories, food-grade epoxy or PU flooring is required for regulatory compliance. For electronics manufacturing, anti-static epoxy is essential. We assess your specific industry requirements during the free site visit and recommend the exact right system.
Epoxy is harder, more chemical-resistant and better for heavy industrial loads β ideal for factories, warehouses and parking areas. PU (polyurethane) is more flexible, thermally stable and hygienically superior β the correct choice for food processing, pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities where GMP/FSSAI compliance is required. PU handles thermal shock (steam cleaning, cold storage temperature changes) better than epoxy. PU costs more but is necessary for regulatory-compliant facilities.
Self levelling epoxy is a highly fluid compound that is poured onto a prepared concrete surface and flows naturally to create an ultra-smooth, perfectly flat finish β unlike standard epoxy which is applied with rollers. The result is a mirror-smooth, seamless surface that is visually superior and ideal for offices, showrooms, hospitals and commercial spaces. It’s available in many colours including high-gloss, matt, metallic and 3D decorative finishes. Cost: βΉ65-250/sq ft depending on finish.
Yes β epoxy flooring is available in a wide range of colours. Standard industrial epoxy comes in grey, light grey, green, red oxide and other functional colours. Self levelling epoxy is available in dozens of colours for commercial and decorative applications. Metallic epoxy creates unique pearl and metallic effects. Line marking can be done in yellow, white or red on any base colour. We bring colour samples to the site visit so you can see options in your actual space.

Durability & Warranty
A properly installed epoxy floor lasts 8 to 15 years depending on the system type and usage conditions. Industrial heavy-duty epoxy in high-traffic factories lasts 8-12 years. Standard warehouse epoxy lasts 8-12 years. Self levelling commercial epoxy lasts 10-15 years in offices and showrooms. PU flooring in pharma and food facilities lasts 10-15 years. All our installations come with a written 5-year material warranty.
Standard epoxy can yellow, bubble or delaminate in extreme heat if incorrect formulations are used. We specifically select heat-resistant epoxy formulations suited for Rajasthan’s 45Β°C+ summers β systems that maintain adhesion and performance through extreme temperature cycles. Our 5-year warranty covers delamination and adhesion failure. Properly specified and installed epoxy will not crack or peel in Jaipur’s climate.
We provide a written 5-year warranty on all materials and workmanship. The warranty covers delamination, adhesion failure and material defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, sharp impacts, flooding or chemical exposure beyond the system’s rated resistance. Warranty details are provided in writing before project commencement.
Yes β epoxy flooring can be locally repaired if damaged by sharp impacts, heavy drops or other physical damage. Small repairs are carried out by grinding out the damaged area and reapplying epoxy. The repair is seamless if done correctly. We recommend addressing any damage promptly to prevent moisture ingress which can cause further delamination around the damaged area.

Maintenance & Care
Epoxy flooring is very easy to maintain. For daily cleaning, sweep or vacuum to remove dust and debris, then mop with warm water and a neutral pH detergent. Avoid acidic or highly alkaline cleaners as these can dull the surface over time. For industrial facilities, a floor scrubber with a soft brush head works well. Chemical spills should be wiped up promptly. Annual deep cleaning with a floor polisher maintains the gloss and extends the floor’s lifespan significantly.
Industrial and warehouse epoxy is highly scratch-resistant under normal operational conditions. Heavy dragging of sharp metal objects can scratch the surface, as can dropping very heavy or sharp items. For commercial and decorative self levelling floors, avoid dragging furniture without felt pads. The finish coat on quality epoxy systems provides good scratch resistance β light scuffs can usually be buffed out during maintenance cleaning.
Standard high-gloss epoxy can become slippery when wet β which is why we recommend anti-slip texture finishes for any areas exposed to water, oil or wet processes. We automatically specify anti-slip finishes for warehouse loading bays, parking ramps, food processing areas and any wet process zones. For dry indoor commercial and office applications, standard gloss epoxy provides adequate grip. We advise on the appropriate finish during the site visit.

Jaipur Specific Questions

Jaipur’s dusty environment is actually one of the strongest reasons to install epoxy flooring. Bare concrete generates and traps dust β epoxy’s sealed surface eliminates concrete dust entirely. The smooth, non-porous surface is easy to clean in a dusty environment β a single mop removes surface dust completely with no residue. Dust from outside tracks in but doesn’t penetrate or damage the epoxy surface.
Epoxy flooring must be installed on a concrete floor with moisture content below 75% RH β high moisture prevents proper adhesion and can cause bubbling. In Jaipur, we test moisture levels before installation and schedule projects to avoid the peak monsoon period for new concrete floors. For existing older concrete floors, moisture is usually not an issue. We use moisture-tolerant primers where needed. Once installed, epoxy is completely waterproof and monsoon humidity does not affect performance.
